Appointment Policy:
We recommend that you reserve your appointment in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and service. Walk-ins are rarely accepted. For new customers a consultation is highly recommend and it's free, and a color patch test is required. A credit card may be requested at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Please make any necessary cancellations at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. There is 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows. Repeated no shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Caroline’s Hair Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
